“Team Enoch was super easy to work with. Their site allows you to upload photos for a quote. Nelson quickly called me back on a Saturday & answered all my questions about an EV charger install & whole house surge protection which was something I wanted for a while but never researched. They were able to get me an install appointment on Thursday & David C who came out for the install kept me appraised of his time of arrival. He was very efficient on the install & cleaned up afterwards. David walked me through the charger App setup & explained how everything worked. A great overall experience & I would highly recommend Enoch for any electrical work.”

“I needed to have a complete new HVAC system installed in my home and obtained 4 quotes. Out of all those, Team Enoch had the best rate for the Trane system I was wanting to purchase. Once I notified them of my desire to purchase from them, they promptly contacted me to schedule the installation within a couple of days. A crew of 4 men showed up within the 1 hour timeframe I was given and completed all the work in 1 day. All of the workers were very friendly, pleasant, and they all worked hard all day until it was done. They then took the time to show me how the new thermostat works and helped me get the app on my phone where I can control the unit from anywhere I have access to internet. They did a great job of cleaning up the work area leaving the garage cleaner than when they arrived. Throughout the day they were courteous and pleasant to work with. “Let me just start by saying I believe most of their reviews are fake, there is NO WAY this joke of a company deserves 4.9 stars. Enoch is as unreliable and hard to work with as any GC I've ever hired. We hired them to replace our HVAC system 8 months ago, and we chose them because their price was the lowest. But if I had known that price came with shotty, careless installation that would damage our home and terrible customer service when it came time to fix it I would've hired Comfortland or anyone else. Recently we found mold in one of our upstairs closets directly under our new upstairs unit. It took me 3 phone calls talking to their service department to finally talk to someone that could schedule a technician. Austin the technician showed up at 6:45 pm the next day, spent 30 minutes in the attic and came down trying to tell me he couldn't find any leak or issues with our 8 month old system. He told me we had rust in our drip pan but that was common (it's not). He also said a supervisor would reach out to me to schedule a follow up (that call never came). After he left I went up there to take a look myself and it took me less than 2 minutes to see the issue. The drip pan was CO”

But of course, getting help on a weekend is always the most challenging. Except in this case with Derek. Even though I had the wrong part delivered, he figured out a way to circle back to install a quickly replaced sink faucet and got my mom‘s kitchen up and running. “Miles from Team Enoch reach me in 1 hour after I ask Angi for local contractors for AC installation with financing. That afternoon, they had a quote without coming to my house. We check 3 more contractors the next day, including one who came and did a free estimate. We're choose Team Enoch, because not only that are the lowest but have other options about different AC's Also, they help us secure an 18 months zero percent financing thru Wells Fargo Bank. The installation was done Thursday from my Monday's 1st contact. Ivan and David show and explain the Lennox AC that they installed. It was very excellent and professional work. Not only I will use Team Enoch in the future but I highly recommend them. They are fast, friendly, honest, accommodating and especially answer all our questions without pressuring us in any way. “They don’t stand behind their product. I have an AC unit that I paid $8500 for and less than five years later it needs it’s needed $6000 in repairs. The same thing has broken on this unit twice and when I called up and talked to Justin Brown, he said he wasn’t about to lose money on this unit. So that tells me about thier customer service and standing behind their product. So, the customer is no longer rights anymore. It looks like they deleted my first review but hey, I have lots of people who will come on and post how poorly they treated me after they have your money!! Disgusted!!! Go elsewhere!! I rarely bad review anyone!! But they have left me in this heat with no HVAC and don’t care. Justin said he would get back with me, never did.”

“Team Enoch performed an HVAC diagnostic service on my system after it went out on July 4, 2026. Chase did an amazing job checking and reviewing both the inside and outside systems. He was informative letting me know what he was doing and why. He also was prompt, showing up on time, he called at the beginning of the window to let me know he would be arriving at the latter in that time window. He was very respectful of our property and did a thorough inspection and cleaning of the system.
