“Had a great experience with this company. They sent two servicemen out to our house for a full furnace replacement. Constantine and his partner were professional, friendly, and personable. They got the job done in a day and explained everything to me thoroughly so I knew how to work everything properly. Would highly recommend this company.”

“This company has multiple horrible reviews but this was not our experience! My home warranty assigned Atlantis Heating to us and they have been great to work with. They were quick to schedule our appointment and arrived promptly during our scheduled appointment time.”

“We used them because of our home warranty and they never showed up. Finally weeks went by with me calling repeatedly and leaving messages before the owner finally called me on a weekend and told me how busy they are and that they’d show up on a particular day. Someone did, they told us that we needed a plumber and then messed with a water line in our garage for a couple minutes and left. I had explained the entire issue to the owner as had our home warranty company about the water line before hand when we eventually spoke. A couple months went by and we heard nothing so I started calling again. When I finally got the owner on the phone again he said that he would call me back on Monday and get it taken care of. On Monday afternoon he called and told me how sick he was and it turns out that his guy never reported anything back to him or the home warranty company. I spoke to the home warranty company and they confirmed that they never got any information from Atlantis at all. They called Atlantis several times and they actually called back while I was on the phone with the warranty company and finally said that we need a plumber, which is what I said from the very beginning. But because it took so long, about 4 months in total and they way the owner of Atlantis explained the situation on the phone to the warranty company, which was not accurate, our warranty company said that now our issue is not covered. Atlantis Heating and Air Conditioning cost me months and wasted my money from the cost of the home warranty and messed up the water line in my garage that it now constantly leaks from where the employee came out and broke a valve on a small copper water line with a huge wrench. They are completely unprofessional when you actually deal with them, they aren’t rude and they seem like they are listening to you but don’t expect them to actually show up, or answer, or return calls. It’s a small business trying to do too much and they aren’t even that good at the small stuff. I hope that this review reaches them and the owner, I home that Fidelity Home Warranty gets to read it to so they will quit doing business with them as they clearly cannot do business with anyone except if you randomly get really lucky like the 1 or 2 decent reviews. Skip them if possible. The photo is the business card that was left behind when they broke my water line and left to never return or speak to us.”

“Scammers. Home warranty sent them out for a heater not working. My HVAC system is 5 years old. Heater has not working and they diagnose my burners are corroded. Left after 15 mins fixing nothing. Said they can't get that part and are going to replace my whole system. Called a real company Town & Country heating and air. Their tech diagnose the problem in minutes. Turned out to a bad fuse in the system. Very unprofessional and scamming insurance company to get more money. Surprised no one's sued them yet”
