“I was impressed from my first call to them to schedule the appointment. The a/c was out and it’s been quite hot. They scheduled me for the same day - I felt very fortunate as I had called a couple other companies that were too busy to come until later in the week. Dirk was my technician. He listened to exactly what I told him had been going on. The thermostat was stuck and I told him everything I had done with the Goodman customer service to get it working again - nothing was successful. Dirk patiently messed with it until he got it working, again. I was so impressed by him - he was calm and kind and got it fixed.
