Parker Plumbing & Electrical Inc is a company based in Alma, TX that handles HVAC work for local homeowners. They focus on keeping heating and cooling systems running properly throughout the year. The team works on homes in Alma and nearby spots, aiming to complete every HVAC job correctly without needing follow up visits. Homeowners in Alma, TX count on them when units fail during peak seasons. They make sure the job gets done right the first time with their HVAC services.

In Alma, TX the summers bring long stretches of heat that push air conditioners hard, so common jobs include full system replacements, coil cleanings, and refrigerant top offs to stop breakdowns before they leave a house too warm. Crews also handle furnace repairs in cooler months, duct sealing to cut energy loss, and thermostat upgrades that fix uneven temperatures across rooms. Homeowners often deal with rising utility bills from aging equipment or sudden outages right when the weather turns extreme, and these techs arrive with the right parts and gauges to diagnose low airflow or compressor strain on the spot. They focus on straightforward fixes that keep the whole setup working without extra callbacks.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up under real Texas conditions, with quick arrivals when calls come in, solid repairs that last, fair costs that match the scope, and plain talk about what needs doing next. That steady record on speed, quality, price, and communication adds up across many jobs. DIRT Score 4.29 from 110 reviews on Finds.

“Quality should not have been this hard to achieve. They use a reputable brand of water heater - but that wasn’t worth the hassle of working with this company. Good customer service is poorly practiced here and if I went with anyone else, I think peace of mind would have been included in the first place. The install guys were fine, Caleb was kind. When I initially requested an install, all seemed well, and they were willing to do next day. But when it came to fixing - that didn’t seem as important to them, despite my reaching out the next day. It felt I had to fight to get the drain pan and conduit replaced, and a disconnect box reinstalled: all original requests. Kerri simply had no idea when this would be scheduled and after three weeks of periodic checking that conversation never changed”

“Shane and co came to install my Mr Cool mini split as quick as they could. They did an excellent job, and I'm happy that i can give them a pay check for the work soon!”

“There was a lot of labor involved with this project, drain was stopped up, pipe had fallen off hangers under the house. A lot of hours involved crawling under the house several times, lots of man hours involved. The service techs were very polite and courteous. I was expecting a much higher bill. They also repaired a water heater and saved me the expense of buying one, I'll call them if I have any problems in the future.”

“These guys are great. They are quick to get back to you and do an exceptional job. I have used them several times and would recommend them.”

“I highly recommend Parker Plumbing & Electrical! The plumbers who installed my new kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal were professional and polite. They didn’t waste anytime, but went straight to work and had the old sink out and the new one installed in no time. They gave me their rates up front so I had a good estimation of how much to expect the cost to be before they came out. This company did not disappoint!”

“Very prompt and very professional.the young man was very knowledgeable, and my dog liked him.they say that dogs are very good judge of character 😀 The 1st time I used Parker's plumbing I could not have been more satisfied...however I called them 3 weeks ago to have more work done.Called 2 weeks later to see when I could expect them.was told they were very busy and I was still on the list. In the 3 weeks, there was never a call from them to let me know anything..so my review went from 5 stars to 0 stars.customer service sure could be improved👎.Good thing it wasn't an emergency”

“Found problem , promptly fixed problem .Have always been pleased with their service . Will continue using Parker Plumbing !”

“The service may be great for people that are able to be home all the time and don't need to schedule ahead of time/take off work, etc. I definitely got the impression from the woman on the phone that they really didn't need my business. I initially called on a Friday and she said someone could probably come on the following Tuesday but they would call me with a time. I never got a call, I called and left a message Monday to try to find out if they were coming. She called Tuesday at lunchtime and said "you still good for today?" and was very rude/defensive when I told her I didn't take off work since I never got a confirmation. I explained to her that because I work i needed a couple of days notice. She said the most notice they could give me was one day. So today (almost a full week lat”
