Western Ranch Plumbing

Western Ranch Plumbing operates out of Alpine, Texas and handles HVAC work for homes and ranches across the area. The crew deals with the demands of high desert living where temperatures swing hard between day and night. They focus on keeping air systems running through long hot summers and occasional freezes that hit the high country. With years spent on local jobs they know how dust and wind wear down equipment faster than in milder climates. Homeowners call them when units break down or need regular attention to handle the dry air and heavy usage.

In practice the team installs new HVAC setups, repairs compressors and coils that fail from constant heat load, and cleans out filters clogged by the fine West Texas dust that blows in every season. They show up with the right parts for older ranch houses and newer builds alike, checking ductwork for leaks and balancing systems so air moves evenly through single story homes or spread out properties. Technicians often handle emergency calls when a unit quits during a heat wave, replacing motors or recharging lines while explaining what went wrong without extra upsells. Common fixes include swapping thermostats that stop reading right after a dust storm or sealing connections exposed to the wind.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up under real conditions, with quick responses to breakdowns and clear explanations on costs. Reviews highlight solid quality on repairs that last through summer peaks and fair pricing that matches the job without surprises. Communication stays straightforward from the first call through completion. DIRT Score 4.56 from 32 reviews on Finds.

“We had a leak from our upstairs bathroom that started dripping through the ceiling into the room below, so it was pretty stressful. Western Ranch Heating Plumbing and Air came out quickly and took care of it right away. Brent is always great to work with—super friendly and easy to communicate with. Fabian handled the repair and did an awesome job. Everything was fixed properly and they made the whole process way less overwhelming. Really appreciate how fast and reliable they were. I’d definitely recommend them.”

“We honestly will never use another plumbing company again. Finding someone who is truly honest, hardworking, and genuinely cares about doing the right thing is rare these days, but that’s exactly what you get with this team. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question patiently, and never once made me feel pressured or taken advantage of. You can tell they care more about helping people and doing quality work than just making a quick buck. Reliable, professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. If you need a plumber, save yourself the stress and call them first. Highly recommend!”

“All I can say is WOW! Nowadays it is hit and miss on finding a good, reliable and honest plumber who checks all the right boxes and at a reasonable price. EUREKA - we finally found our forever plumber, Justin, at Western Ranch Plumbing. Justin replaced our gas tank water heater with a tankless gas water heater and did an amazing job. We are very happy customers and have instant hot water now! Justin is a great communicator, highly skilled and knowledgeable, efficient, trust-worthy, reliable, clean and respectful of our home. He even went above and beyond to help with a kitchen sink issue, which was much appreciated. Justin will be our forever plumber and we will highly recommend him and his company to our family and friends. Look no further, trust all the good reviews. We certainly did and couldn't be happier!”

“The only toilet I have in my condo wasn’t flushing. Another plumbing company came to fix but they wanted to replace my Swiss Madison. I called W.P. And Brent was able to come that same day. He was honest and figured out what was wrong. Instead of $700.00 he charged me $49.00 for the service call and moved a couple of water lines. Thank you Kelly and Brent. Will keep your number!”
