“This company got contracted through my home warranty coverage to fix my broken air conditioner. Got a call from them 3 days later at 5PM and I missed this call due to me being at work. Called them back at 8AM the next morning and they said they sent my contract back to the home warranty company and that they weren’t going to be the company servicing my air conditioner. “AllStar Heat and Air came out to our new home the first time a few months ago for a home warranty call and replaced my AC and thermostat, they were great and did a wonderful job. Just recently I had an issue with my unit not blowing air and my warranty company once again sent them out. They called me right away and were able to get me in that same day and replaced a capacitor. Unfortunately that only lasted a few days so I called my warranty company and they had Allstar call me again - once again they made no promises but said they would try to get out that same day, which they did. They replaced the motor in the blower and everything is running smooth. If I was looking around, I'd definitely give them a call.
