“We had a problem with our outside airconditioning unit. We called Allen's tri-State mechanical. they made an appiontment and Kevin came at the promised time. inspected the unit, fixed the problem. He also made sure the restof the system was operation at peak efficiency. Kevin is a knowledgeable professional. He explained the problem and answered all questions. The cost was very reasonable. We wont hesitate to call them again.”

“Husband and I bought a new house and pretty much all the plumbing went kaput within the first 3 weeks called allens for an estimate and we had Jay, who was awesome, come give us a bid and it was reasonable. My husband asked for a quote to replace all the cast iron which Jay said we'd have to have technicians come out to take a look to see what we were wanting. Technician looked at one area said they couldn't do what he was wanting and quoted us $65,000. It was very much a "quote the crap out of this cause I don't want to do it" bid. Told Jay and he said he'd get back with an actual quote and never heard back so I guess we were written off. The people are nice enough but the technicians are out there giving insane quotes so try to talk to someone who actually knows what they're doing.”
