“If Skyler was the person to take my call a little after 5:00 pm, her assistance was great. She was courteous . She did advise there was a $99 service fee to diagnose. The technician came shortly after. 8:00 the next morning and advised the total cost would be $430. At first I said “ forget it” but my wife said they are there so go ahead. I approved the service and was notified about 30 minutes later that it was finished and tree roots were pulled. I had expected the $99 diagnostic fee would be deleted if service was rendered but apparently not. The availability and timelines of the service was great. However, that price was more than 2 and 1/2 times what I have ever paid for sewer clean out before. You can be certain I will not be calling Frank’s Repair Plumbing again.”

“This is the 2nd time I have called Franks Repair Plumbing. Our AC unit had not had an AC checkup for several years. I Called Frank's for AC checkup on Tuesday and they came out on Thursday. Great service from Eric Baria. My husband is a Marine Vet and Eric is a Navy Vet, they hit it off immediately! Great customer service, friendly and thorough! Franks will be our go to from now on and I highly recommend them for your home maintenance!! Thanks again Franks Repair Plumbing.. I called several other Plumbing Services and was told it would be a couple of days before they could come out which I could not wait 2 days to have my kitchen sink unclogged so, I called Frank's Repair Plumbing. From the very first call they were super nice and very professional. I then received a text with a bio and picture of Roy. Roy and his apprentice were amazing!! They were very thorough, professional and gave us an upfront estimate, wore booties over their shoes and played with our puppy. We will be calling Frank's again!! “Garrett was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Explain the situation to him and within a couple minutes, he knew exactly what the problem was. Ran and got the part he needed it and had us up and running within an hour or two. Very professional best part is when he left it looked like he was never even here.”
