“My AC recently went out and I called several local companies that were only scheduling about a week out! I called Upchurch and they said they could come out the following day. I was expecting a late afternoon appointment following day however I received a text from them (the same evening I called after 5) stating they wanted to at least come by and troubleshoot it SAME DAY!!! They arrived at my home and immediately began troubleshooting at no charge!!! They had my unit running better than it ever had before AND within 20 minutes! Just knowing they cared enough to not have me swelter in the heat for another night was enough for me but fixing it within 20 minutes was even better!!! I believe it’s a father/son business and they are fast and super friendly!!! I feel very blessed to have them as a future contractor if needed!!!
