“Punctual. We are all busy at some capacity or another. I certainly appreciate the punctuality. Collin was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave the system a solid once over, installed a soft start and expanded in detail his observations. He went on to set our expectations regarding the service plan we accepted too. “UPDATE!!!!! Today 4/2/26 I get a call from the owner or manager I assume, asking why I felt the need to give them a 1 star review. He then went on to be very disrespectful and assume knowing nothing about me. He says, “You don’t know what it’s like to own a business.” Um, actually I do. Then proceeds to tell me I was never told the $99 didn’t go toward the work if I decided to have it done. He then proceeds to tell me that I agreed to have the work done, after I heard the price, well of course I did, my family needed our system to work. I can’t fix it so I have to pay what you’re asking or like you said go somewhere else, and not have AC in the meantime. I can’t believe the phone call I got and the man on the other side trying to cohort me into changing my mind and review. No sir, I said what I said and I stand on it. He said we not doing business ever again. I couldn’t agree more. 3/31/26 They did a great job fixing my HVAC system. The problem is they manipulated the price. I was told it was a free quote, they came out, seen it wasn’t working said it would be $99 to access the problem. I asked if that $99 would go towards the work order if we had it fixed, I was told yes and if the work didn’t get done then, the quote was good for 30 days. I said ok, let’s do it. He comes back and says it’s broken and to fix it would be $217. Now I’m thinking it’s only $116 because the $99 would go towards the work. Nope! And proceeded to up charge me $317 and some change. I have a bigger job needing done soon and will not be using them for it. Lost out on a major project for taking advantage of somebody for $99. Smh.”

“This company is the absolute best! Twice in the last 30 days did they repair AC for me in two different properties with absolute integrity! Thank you Nathan for building a fantastic company. I have known and worked with this company for over a decade.”

“Two techs came by and trouble shot the unit. freon leek, so installed freon and the ac cools now. I will call JD,s if I have any other issues, or might be a leak in the A coil. Both ac techs were mannered and fixed the issue. I would recommend this company.”
