“We knew it was time to replace our elderly air conditioner once it began to sing the songs of its people. We called Joel Enriquez and he met us at our tri-level home. It has always been historically difficult to cool it in the summer and heat it in the winter. Joel walked through multiple strategies to help us pick the right unit for our home. He also discussed price points and ways to improve the air quality in our home. A few days later, we pulled the trigger on a new unit. The crew came a few days later and they were outstanding and so professional. They actually went above and beyond and left their work areas completely spotless. I could not recommend them more. Incredible experience. It’s working flawlessly in our home and our air quality has never been better.”

He was very informative about what we were dealing with, and helped us make decisions on the best route to take with zero pressure to replace, and even helped us troubleshoot trying to get by with what we had even though we knew we were on borrowed time with both. In the end, we decided the best and safest decision was to go ahead and replace them for peace of mind and comfort in our home. We always had plans to replace the entire duct system when we tackled this, so we requested that as well. I cannot emphasize enough how great the quality of care and attention was through the entire process! Everything looks amazing, runs GREAT, and if we would have known the difference the upgrade would have made, we would have done it sooner!
