“When I SAY CAME THROUGH AS EXPECTED THESE BLESSED 3 GENTELMEN BRANDON, JORDAN, STEVEN CAME THROUGH. OUR FAMILY HAD been struggling for 24hours durning peak spring heat & our unit did a whole flip and these men came not only did they serviced our unit but went out of their way to triple check the whole unit. “I needed to have my RO system filters changed. I had neglected to to get this done in a timely A young man named Kyle called me to say whe was on his way to change the filters. He said they were almost black & definitely needed changing. He did say he would need to also replace a different filter that was bad as well. He did not have that part that needed changing & had to call a coworker to bring him one. It took a while to get here, but I was ok with that & not charged for the waiting time. In the meantime, Kyle explained everything he was doing for me. He was very friendly & clearly very knowledgeable about what he was doing. I was very impressed the way he was so pleasant & stated he really loved his job & the type of work he does. He instructed me what to expect with my with water pressure. He explained since all the filters were new it might take up to 24 hours for it to be back where it should be & if it did not to call him anytime & he would schedule a time to come to check. (It is almost full pressure now, so I feel like I'm all good). Very pleased with Kyle & his work. Very unusual to find a young man his age really doing what he wants & enjoys it.”
