“Update to My Original Review of Millennial AC. After our initial experience, the owners of Millennial AC personally reached out to apologize and take responsibility. They sent out a different crew to redo the duct cleaning and sealing, and the difference was night and day. The second crew completed the job the way it should have been done the first time, proper prep, professional containment, thorough and consistent sealing around the vents, and full cleanup afterward. The workmanship was clean, detailed, and not rushed and they also cleaned our dryer duct this time as well. While the first visit fell short of expectations, we genuinely appreciate how ownership handled the situation. In addition to sending a new crew, they provided a partial refund to compensate for the inconvenience and the cleaning we had to do after the first visit. The owner Jordan has also offered to take care of a few additional upgrades/repairs to further ensure we’re satisfied so we are just waiting to hear back from him in a few days. As business owners ourselves we understand that mistakes can happen in any business. What matters is how they’re handled, and in this case the company stepped up, corrected the issue, and made it right. Based on how this was resolved, we’re hopeful this turns into a long-term business relationship. Again thank you to the owners for addressing it directly and professionally. ——————- Original Review Below —————- We recently had duct cleaning and sealing completed by Millennial AC, and unfortunately the experience did not match what was promised during the estimate. When the estimator Jonathan visited, we were told by him that the crew would properly prep the home with drapes, protect furniture and flooring, seal vents thoroughly, clean each individual vent when it was removed and clean up any dust or debris before leaving and also that the dryer vent would be cleaned….That is not what happened. The technicians arrived without protective drapes or prep materials and asked us to provide our own sheet from our king-size bed to cover furniture. There was no proper containment set up, and dirty looking hoses were run across bare flooring. Dust was left throughout multiple areas of the house, and no vacuuming or cleanup was performed before they left and the vents were not cleaned as stated. Regarding the duct sealing itself, multiple vent boots in the attic were only partially sealed and appeared rushed. In several areas, gaps were left until we pointed them out. After we raised concerns, one technician left to purchase spray foam and applied it quickly and inconsistently. The workmanship across vents was uneven and did not reflect a careful or thorough job and there is spray foam all over the place. Communication and professionalism were also disappointing. One technician repeatedly talked over us when we asked questions. When we requested that sealing be done properly, we were told they needed to hurry to their next jobs and had not taken lunch, and they left shortly afterward. They also left materials behind in our garage, including open mastic and tools, creating additional mess. Most concerning, my wife and I had to clean up dust throughout the house ourselves after they left, which was difficult for our household due to disabilities and should not have been necessary for a service that specifically advertises cleanup. Overall, the service felt rushed, under-prepared, and incomplete compared to what was sold to us. We expected professional prep, consistent sealing, and proper cleanup, especially for the price paid. Unfortunately, the experience fell short in all three areas and even after paying we were not provided with even a receipt.”

“Update: Hector and Miguel came by 2 days later and installed our brand new Central AC unit. Price was reasonable especially with the payment plan. Both young men worked exceptionally hard and impressed me with their work ethic. They also were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me and my wife on what we needed. Great job. Honest work. Help us weigh our options. Israel was professional and courteous. Reasonably priced. Would recommend definitely”

Hector and Edward replaced my old unit and did a fantastic job installing the new unit!
