“This company is on the Top of there Game. The experience my wife and I had with 1-800-plumbers was amazing. Everyone, the gentleman and the ladies that I talked to in the office were very professional and polite and kind. Everything ran smoothly way better than I expected. I highly recommend for all your needs. Thank you 1-800 plumber For a job well done and your friendship.”

“While the electrician was friendly, he acted like it was a favor to clean my HVAC coils, even though that was included in the “tune-up.” He then said I needed a new breaker. Fine. Then he said he would absolutely recommend a full home breaker as well as 2 additional breakers for the HVAC. Then, when I said I would get other opinion on that, he Then and only then said I needed a new something or other- no question about it! By then it is wearing on me. A small discount in services if you join a membership for $9.95 /month. Gleaned over some random discount I would get as a veteran… only one? Or something? I didn’t get it. So, my $59 “tune-up” was a gross way to subject me to strong “advice” from a subject matter expert - and take my money. I paid close to $700- they wanted more like $3500. I still have to clean the blower mechanism- that was, apparently, not included in “tune-up” cost. And is almost $1000 to clean in the late spring early summer. I have to see if it lasts dirty and wait for prices to be more reasonable in the fall. Like $350. If I sound exasperated, I am. So, I posted my experience on NextDoor App and WOW!!! This was dozens of people’s experience! So- shame on you 1-800-Plumber!!! That is truly poor form!!! I do not recommend anyone use them for anything!!!!”
