“Absolutely the best place i have used in the past 8 years. Very professional, didn't try to up sale me, and done a great job. Chris and Jake were the technicians that came out, they were very professional, polite, and answered any questions we had. I would recommend this place to anyone. The only issue I had was we were going through our home warranty and at no time did I get a detailed invoice showing why we owed what we ended up owing. I feel that it was the responsibility of both the home warranty company and summer breezes responsibility to give me a detailed statement which I never received. This kind of practice leads one to believe they are not practicing ethical business. Even though I never got the detailed statement, just a bill that said hey you owe me this much and we cant tell you why. I still recommend summer breeze.”

This was the complete opposite of my experience with AIR TECHS (Jason), who didn’t open the unit, rushed the visit, and recommended a $15,000 full HVAC system replacement without a real inspection. They also seem overbooked and understaffed. Kenneth Buggay Mechanical inspected the unit last year but still gave the wrong diagnosis.
