“Let me start this with...OUTSTANDING SERVICE. They were quick, professional, and efficient, coming to the aid of my daughter in a manner that best fit our needs. Here is where I feel that Sutton far exceeded my expectations: In my opinion, a good business provides good service and that is the end of the relationship. However, a great business is one who might face an issue on a job, but deals with it quickly and efficiently. In doing so, they do not provide excuses and they offer apologies, even when not at fault. Sutton hits that mark. The issue was small, believe me, but there was no question about solving it.
