Alps Air Conditioning & Heating Inc

Alps Air Conditioning & Heating Inc is the HVAC outfit based in Anaheim, Texas. They handle heating and cooling systems for homes across the area where the weather brings long hot stretches followed by occasional cold fronts. The crew focuses on keeping air moving through ducts and units that most properties depend on year round. Local calls come in for everything from basic maintenance to full replacements when old equipment stops working right. They run the operation with a direct phone line and stick to the practical side of the trade without any extras pulled from outside sources that failed to load.

In Anaheim the summers push air conditioners hard with nonstop heat and humidity that leads to compressor issues and airflow problems in many houses. These techs show up to diagnose units on site then handle repairs like coil cleaning or part swaps to get things blowing cold again. Winter brings furnace checks and heat pump work to prevent breakdowns during sudden drops. Homeowners often need help with thermostat calibration or duct sealing after years of dust buildup from the dry spells. The crew works by testing the whole system first then explaining options in plain terms so the fix matches what the house actually requires without dragging things out.

Customers keep coming back because the team shows up when promised and leaves the job done without cutting corners on quality. Reviews point to fair pricing that matches the work completed and clear updates throughout each visit so nobody gets left wondering about next steps. That kind of steady reliability adds up over time in a trade where timing matters during peak seasons. DIRT Score 4.85 from 1124 reviews on Finds.

“Alexis was fantastic. Knew what he talked about, gave me info/pros/cons of doing repairs now or later. Answered all my questions, quickly checked on parts and the estimated costs. The ladies at the office are wonderful and great at their jobs, and scheduled me quickly, with great follow up. Thanks to everyone at ALPS. I personally appreciate your company.”

“Alps was a joy to work with in replacing our heating and A/C system. Price was competitive. Workmanship was excellent and fast. Installed in one day. Best part was communication. Updates from Alps on every stage and when they were scheduled. Even to who the names of the crew and when they would arrive. I would highly recommend Alos.”

“We highly recommend Alps for your heating and cooling needs. They installed a new heat pump for us a couple of years ago and we continue to use them for regular maintenance tune-ups. The technicians are always friendly, knowledgeable, and explain what they are doing, and David who came most recently, was no exception. He even remembered that we foster dogs from his visit last year and asked about it. They always show us photos of their work and the condition and status of our systems. No high pressure sales, which we hate. You won't regret calling Alps!”

After the inspection, I was provided with pictures and clear communication as to what work could be done on the unit to maintain top performance. The Alps service provider was extremely professional.”
