Martin J Indoor Air Quality Llc

Martin J Indoor Air Quality Llc operates out of Anaheim, Texas as an HVAC outfit focused on keeping homes comfortable through proper heating and cooling systems. They handle the kind of work that comes up in a Texas setting where summer heat can push equipment hard and indoor air needs steady attention to avoid buildup from dust or poor circulation. The crew sticks to straightforward service calls and installations without adding extras that drive up costs for homeowners who just need things running right again.

In practice they show up for full system checks, filter replacements, duct repairs, and unit swaps when old equipment fails during peak seasons. Homeowners in Anaheim often deal with sudden breakdowns from high humidity and dust storms that clog coils fast, so the team moves through diagnostics on the spot to locate the exact issue before parts get ordered or lines get cleaned. They also handle ventilation adjustments that help balance air flow in houses built for the local climate, making sure thermostats hold steady without constant adjustments from the residents.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up under real conditions and the crew explains options in plain terms before any changes get made. High marks show up across speed of response, quality of the fixes, fair pricing on parts and labor, and clear communication from start to finish. That record stands out in a trade where delays or sloppy installs create bigger problems later. DIRT Score 4.95 from 281 reviews on Finds.

“Irvin and Kevin were excellent installers of our new AC system. Owner Jared was very helpful and helped us out in an emergency unexpectedly over the weekend. Appreciate the clarity in our options and provided detailed information. Very professional and clean.”

“I had a great experience with J Martin Indoor Air Quality, and a lot of that came down to Kevin Seitz. He communicated his timing clearly and showed up exactly when he said he would. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and respectful of my home the entire visit. Kevin took the time to explain everything going on with my HVAC system in real detail, so I actually understood what was happening and why. Even better, he walked me through all of my options and helped me focus on where I would get the best value, both fixing what needed attention now and setting me up for long term savings on operating cost and better air quality. It is rare to find someone this knowledgeable who is also this honest about where to spend and where to wait. Highly recommend Kevin and the team.”

“We recently hired J Martin Indoor Air Quality to redo our insulation and install a QuietCool whole house fan, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly easy. Jesus Ochoa handled our quote and was fantastic. He really took the time to walk us through our options and helped us select the best fan for our home’s needs. The crew, Leo, Angel, Luis, and Abraham, managed to complete the entire project in just two days. What impressed us most (besides the quality of the work) was how clean they kept the house. They were respectful of our space, professional in their communication, and extremely efficient. If you’re looking for a team that is timely, professional, and leaves your home spotless, I highly recommend J Martin.”

“Needed a new heater and ac unit. The team did awesome work. Very thorough and detailed from beginning to end. Highly recommended. This is the second job I’ve used them for. They also did our ducts and insulation a few years back. When other contractors have make positive comments about their work, you know their work is good. Thanks Jesus, Irvin, and Kevin 🙏🏽”

“We had such a great experience with the JMartin team. We had 3 different companies look into our HVAC issue and J Martin was the most professional and highest quality by a wide margin. Jose O. did a thorough inspection and analysis of our HVAC unit's issues, explained our options to us, answered 40 minutes of our questions and then gave us time to think about what to do with no sales pressure, he just offered a professional opinion. We needed a new unit (outside and in the attic). Irvin and Kevin installed it over 2 days and they we so professional and courteous and fun to be around. Our house has white carpet and white walls and they did a great job ensuring that nothing was damaged or scratched. Our system looks really nice and modern and is super quiet and works great! I cannot recommend this team enough for helping us make an educated decision and then executing it with high quality. THANK YOU Jose, Irvin and Kevin for your GREAT work!”
