What Customers Say
“A year ago I paid 7000 for a brand new heater and ac a year later it breaks and arrow leaves me with a 1300 dollar bill … arrow needs to back there work and not pay it forward to there customers!!! Thanks for installing broken equipment”
“I called to have them come look at the unit they installed on a new home 3 years ago that should have been under warranty. They came out and found that it had a leak from a mysterious "worn spot" on the line and that miraculously nothing would be covered under the 5 year warranty. Then they quoted me $1300-$1500 for repairs. I called another company that came out quickly and made the same repairs and my total bill was $463. Arrow has since contacted me saying I owe them over $100 for coming out to deny my warranty and provide me with a ridiculous estimate 4X what it really cost. I agree with other recent comments on here that this company is a complete rip off.”
“Great experience with this company, installed a brand new unit and all the things that come with it. Everyone was polite, respectful, and answered all of our questions.”
“My parents AC was leaking and my dad is disabled, with the TX heat they were struggling! I called Arrow AC and they were able to get someone out to his house the same day and resolve the issue for my parents. I am really grateful for their quick service and responsiveness 😊”
“I called Arrow Air Conditioning and Heating and was told somebody would be out to fix my AC unit (they installed this last year) as it was not working and the temps were in the mid 90’s. After waiting a full day, I called them up before 5 PM (and even though it states they were open for 24 hours) my call went to voicemail. Needless to say, nobody showed up or even bothered to return my phone call. I called back in the morning and was told to please hold. I held on the line for 23 minutes and then hung up. I called back and she said she would try and get me on the schedule today. I made some other phone calls and found another company that seems more reliable. I don’t understand how a company can stay in business treating people like this.”
