“If 10 stars were available, 10 stars it would be! Our a/c unit experienced a malfunction. Temps in the house rose quickly to uncomfortable levels in the Texas heat. We called Cliett Refrigeration. The technician arrived within 30 minutes of our call for service--outstanding response time! They patiently completed troubleshooting identified the issue and provided the solution--cold air again! “GREAT service experience! Central HVAC system went out Friday night of Easter weekend. Luckily wife and I maintain a mini-split unit in our primary bedroom so we were able to sleep comfortably. Anyway, woke-up early Saturday morning and left a voicemail requesting Cliett to come out and service my unit. Received a call-back within an hour and there was a technician at my house within 30 minutes. Amazing considering it was Easter weekend. The young Cliett technician (Jose) who arrived at our house to troubleshoot AC was so professional! He was prompt, courteous, patient and caring. After spending several hours trouble shooting this old 20 year old unit, he finally narrowed the problem down to a part that required ordering. We had to go without central AC for the weekend but luckily it was unusually cool and very comfortable all weekend with windows open. Cliett responsiveness, professionalism and expertise exceeded my expectations and this company has earned a customer for life. I’ll be ordering a brand new system from them this week. “Keith and his crew saved me! My ac had been leaking for a while and I finally decided to bite the bullet and get a new one before it got too hot this summer. Keith came to assess my needs, wants and budget. Not only did he ask all of the questions, he jumped in the attic to evaluate my existing duct work to ensure that no matter what equipment we went with, that it would be efficient. They came to recharge it so I didn't have to wait in equipment in the heat. When it was time to install the new unit, they so quickly, cleaned up and made it look effortless, other than knowing my house was cool again, I wouldn't have even known they were there. “My ac was down. I called tech came right and replaced bad part. He told me $200.01. I had cash so I paid him. He did not give me a receipt. He asked for my email address to email my receipt that day. I advised him that I had ac filter size that I haven't been able to find. He told me they would check on the size and call me back. I still have not received my receipt or call.”
