Joshua Heath King

Joshua Heath King runs an HVAC operation based in Anderson County, Texas. The region sees long hot summers that push air conditioning units hard along with sudden winter drops that can freeze coils and strain heating systems. Homeowners often need reliable cooling for main houses plus separate setups for garages, workshops, and sheds that see heavy use. He focuses on residential HVAC jobs that keep indoor temperatures steady despite the county's weather patterns and older home stock that requires careful equipment matching.

Stephen Harris called on Heath multiple times for installs across his mountain property including the main house, garage, she shed, and workshop, with each job completed in under a day at a reasonable cost and one drainage line fixed on a return visit so it now flows properly. ELVIE Ross had Heath King handle a full system placement where the units performed without leaks during a heavy downpour right after completion. Mary Guss and Sharmaine Schenck both noted fast scheduling for water intrusion problems tied to HVAC runoff, with quick responses that beat other crews by days and clean integration around existing structures like pavilions.

Customers consistently highlight the strong work quality that holds up under real weather tests, response speed that gets techs on site the same day, fair pricing without surprises, and clear communication from the first call through final walkthrough. These points show up across dozens of jobs where equipment was matched to the home and any follow up issues were handled promptly without extra charges. DIRT Score 4.91 from 57 reviews on Finds.

“Used Heath several times at my mountain home near Blairsville. Installed on my main home, garage, she shed and most recently, my workshop. Very reasonable cost and quality workmanship done in under a day. Had a drainage issue with one run and they came back and fixed and it now drains great. Highly recommend!!!”

“Heath King Gutters came out today and installed our seamless gutters. THEY LOOK GREAT!! What's even better is the installers must have ordered a rain shower after they put them up and it poured. The gutters functioned perfectly!! Great price, excellent service!! Highly recommended!! You will be very satisfied! Give Heath a call!!”

“These guys are awesome, fast, quick to respond, and reasonably priced. I appreciate that you worked our project in as quickly as you did. The RockWater in Hiawassee is even more ready for rain under this new pavilion!”

“Awesome communication and response time. We were having water intrusion in our basement area so gutters were needed to direct the water away from the house. My call was returned the first day and everything flowed smoothly. Other gutter companies took days to reply and then schedule a visit the day of contact, but when it came time for those others to put us on the job schedule it was going to take weeks. We went with Heath King Gutters because of the professionalism and communication. Price was competitive with a transparent and detailed invoice. The end product looks terrific! So glad we made the choice to hire Heath King.”
