“First let me say (THEY SAVED THE DAY) My AC was freezing up so my wife called and they sent somebody with in 2 hours.even though they had to come back next day my fault not there's anyway..my coils in my inside unit were dirty NO they were disgusting,he pulled them out and cleaned them and also charged unit outside wish I knew his name wife says he was awsome,very professional did exactly what he said and explained everything.money wise awsome service call awsome customer care awesome..I highly recommend..thank you Palestine air and heat..OH when I said you saved the day..our 4 grandbaby's were due to be here this morning..”

The tech worked on my unit and had it back up and running in 20 minutes.
