“Prompt, dependable, and reasonable service. I called Rudy after he was recommended to me in reference to a serious issue with my inside central air-conditioner. After briefing him about what was going on he advised me that he would be glad to assist me. He then asked if about an hour and a half to get to my location would work for me, which i readily agreed. I had been dealing with the water drain being completely blocked and it had been spilling over inside the enclosure onto my carpet and floors all weekend. Rudy, who is a very polite and courteous guy arrived and immediately began to diagnose and work on the problem. My HVAC unit is only 1 !/2 years old, but the installer hadn’t done an adequate job with the drain system. The drain system had to be completely removed and rebuilt. All of this was done in a timely manner. I couldn’t be more pleased with Rudy and his professionalism!”

“New to Texas called alot of ac companies. Most major name companies won't name them but they were my first choice for this reason. I was not happy dealing with them there names seem better than there business practices. I felt like most were mostly concerned with selling you something you didn't need. So after many disappointments we found Rudys a.c expecting another disappointment but to our surprise he really too the time with us inspecting our problem and giving us the diagnosis and how to remedy our problem. We felt he was not misleading he said he'd put a price together for us, he did and he was the best price and was going to do more than we thought needed to be done. He was concerned with our problem. We worked with him and his crew and were completely satisfied. Bottom line he came through for us. He will do his best for you. I highly recommend him to anyone. Great job Rudy and crew. I know who ill be calling for my ac needs. You make texas great.”

“Rudy A/C was actually my second choice. I needed to make sure my first choice (repair man) wasn’t trying to pull a fast one on me. Rudy’s crew was honest and professional. Very prompt. Had my A/c running the following day due to replacement inside & out. Unit was 19 years old & finally went out. Glad I went with his Business& it was Cheaper too! 🙏🏽 💯”

“I would not recommend doing business with this company ever. Three days ago I got an excellent bid from the owner to install a 4 ton Rheem split unit. The unit was supposed to be installed tomorrow, which is Tuesday, July 31. Earlier today I got a message from the owner of the company which was.... This is Rudy the ac guy. Due to some schedule changes we are not able to fit you in. It would be in your best interest to accept a different bid on the ac and heat install at that rent house in Palestine. I apologize for any inconvenience. I asked for an explanation twice but no one was given. Not even a suggestion that the unit could be installed at a later date.”

“Prompt service, professional and knowledgeable. He took great care of my 80 year old parents all thru phone communications as I live out of town. Dont find much great customer service anymore so that’s a plus for me!”
