Anderson Heating And Cooling

Anderson Heating And Cooling operates out of Anderson, TX as a local HVAC outfit that handles heating and cooling needs for homes in the area. The town sits in a part of Texas where summers run hot and sticky while winters can still dip into cold spells that demand working furnaces. Homeowners here deal with equipment that wears out faster from constant use against the weather shifts. This crew focuses on keeping systems running right without extra layers of hassle. They show up with the tools and parts needed to sort out the daily problems that come from older units or heavy seasonal loads in rural and small-town setups.

Their work covers full HVAC services including installing new systems, repairing breakdowns like failed compressors or leaking coils, and routine maintenance to prevent bigger failures down the line. In Anderson they often get called for quick fixes when an air conditioner quits during peak heat or when a heater stops blowing warm air on chilly mornings. The team checks ductwork for leaks, replaces filters and thermostats, and balances airflow so rooms stay even. They handle both residential jobs and the occasional light commercial setup, working around the schedules of folks who need things back online fast rather than waiting days for parts or callbacks. Common calls involve swapping out old units that have seen too many Texas summers or sealing up lines that lose efficiency from dust and humidity.

Customers keep coming back because the crew moves quick on service calls, delivers solid repairs that hold up, charges straight prices without padding, and keeps everyone informed on what needs doing and why. That steady approach adds up to fewer callbacks and systems that run longer between issues. Homeowners note the practical fixes that match the local conditions instead of overbuilt solutions. “Jesse was great. He explained everything; offered options and explained the short and long term situation with each one. We are signing up for the maintenance plan to keep the relationship with our local business owners integrity and to support their quality of service and honest approach to business. We will look to do business with them in the future as the needs arise.”

“The Tech, Jordan provided wonderful service for us. Thankfully, the problem we experienced wasn't serious. The batteries in our alarm panel had corrosion and would not shut off the AC although it displayed it was off. Jordan cleaned the panel, we provided new batteries, he did an additional diagnostic test to make sure all was functioning properly. He provided some additional suggestions to consider for the actual AC unit outside. Jordan was courteous, professional and efficient. Highly recommend using Anderson H&A Co.”

“We asked Anderson to send a technician to double-check our AC system, which was having problems that had previously been checked and corrected by another company we've used for more than 20 years. That company suggested we purchase a new unit for $15,000+, which wasn't surprising as our present unit is more than 20 years old. But we wanted a second opinion before we made that major purchase. Jordan came out within a few days and did a full-system exam that cost only $79. He said the system was working properly and could not find the freon leak that the first technician had shown me. The system is working weeks later and doesn't seem to need to be replaced immediately. We were impressed with Anderson's professionalism.”

“Top notch service. Tech (Jordan) texted arrival time, very professional, and prompt. Repaired our AC unit quickly. I appreciate that they were able to slot my job in very quickly. Need HVAC services, Anderson is the company to call.”

“I had a great experience with Anderson Heating & Air, from Seth (the owner) all the way down to the installation team. Seth took his time to explain the systems in great detail and never tried to upsell me. In fact, he actually leaned towards the less expensive of the two systems he quoted. We ultimately decided to go with the higher-cost system, but solely because of the aesthetics and how it positioned in our yard. The install team was also fantastic; they took their time to ensure everything was done right the first time. I’d highly recommend Anderson Heating & Air to anyone looking for HVAC services. High-quality work and honest leadership!”
