We very much appreciate his expertise, efficiency, willingness to explain issues and what actions are needed to resolve current issues and/or avoid future issues. “I called for 2 reasons. 1. My controller stopped working. 2. An advertised maintenance for $89.00. They scheduled my appointment for the controller. But refused to honor their online website offer still posted on their website with NO Expiration date listed in it. Not good customer service in this matter. If it's still posted, it should be honored, no matter what their excuse is. The guy showed up on time, was very friendly and did his job and replaced my controller.. Even with my supposed discount for being a senior citizen, it was $320 just to replace that controller. Ridiculous in my eyes!”
