“I am blown away, literally, (now that I have an efficiently running AC), by the level of service we received for Airview AC of Anna…from start to finish. I first spoke with Andra, who managed to squeeze me into an already full schedule the day our AC went out. She had someone out to assess the problem within 3 hours! We were told that our 13+ year old AC had taken it’s last breath. At that point, we were provided an extremely reasonable estimate for a brand new 4-ton unit. With the July 4th holiday weekend upon us, Andra told us we’d have to wait until the following Monday for the install….what would be a 3-day MISERABLE wait; HOWEVER, and THIS is where the story gets better, the very next morning, I got a call from Andra saying that they’d a cancellation and could be there in about an hour to install the new AC!! There was even a tech in route to bring us a portable unit to use over the weekend when I got the call, which we didn’t end up needing after all. Within the hour, a team of Airview rock stars arrived to install the new AC. They were profession, polite, courteous, and made QUICK work of the entire install….they had it all done by 3 o’clock! I’m still AMAZED….and FREEZI”

“So I got a call from them today to let me know our part had arrived and that we are first on work order status so hopefully by 930 or so we will have regular heat and not have to run on emergency mode! They have gone above and beyond tracking the part and keeping me informed as to whereabouts. “$5,500 repair in April 2022 to replace heat strip, capacitor, float switch and perform general maintenance due to water damage (condensation) and electrical issues. This December our heat went out and was tripping breakers. When I hired a different repair company they found AirView left the rusted service breakers in the attic unit and they were failing, go figure! This should not have happened. I am now out $450 to fix something that should have been done almost 3 years ago. Glad my house didn’t burn to the ground. Never again.”
