“une 19, 2026, I contacted a company California Heating and Cooling by phone and requestes specifically for Mario. I selected him since his name was mantioned in many reviews, as an excellent expert. Mario came the next day, in the morning. At the end, Indeed, I was not disapponed. Opposite, I was thrilled. Mario performed real checking of the whole cooling system including a compressor.. Mario localized mulfuction's parts and then exchaned them accordingly. Mario was very professinalanal, confident and knoweledge in electrical problems of the coolng system. The most important, he restored the whole system and make it to work again, the same day, in a few hours. I was impressed. Other consultants suggesed to exchang the whole system i.e. a furnace and a cooling system that usually costs from 21K to 28K. Others suggested to verify only a wiring system that is stil expensive ($750). I have mine system repaired for less. Therefore, Mario and also Mark, (even Mario admitted that Mark is very good in his profession) are persons whom you may trust. Mark was a second person to whom many reviewers reffered. Thanks to earlier reviewers for their honest evaluation of work performed and providing names of persons involved. It helped me a lot to in selecting a proper person. God beless all of you. “Setting up an appointment was easy over the phone. I was provided with all the info to ensure I would not be surprised for the cost of the AC diagnostic fee and that it would be applied to the repair cost if I decided to proceed. The technician was friendly and professional. He was able to diagnose the issue fast and accurately. After we agreed on the repair cost, he fix the problem quickly with parts he already had in his truck so no second visit was needed. Thank you Mario.”

“Great customer service by Janelle, who is always helpful with any questions that I have and goes beyond. Replies to my emails quickly and even helped me set up my appointment with the city inspector. Lifes has been pretty hectic. By Janelle doing that, it really took a burden off my shoulder. Thank you!!! Also, Mark (technician), who came by today to conduct the maintenance service, was nice and professional. You guys have a great team. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC services. It's refreshing to work with a company that cares about their customers and what they do.”

“Easy to schedule. Technician arrived early in the window. Assessed and installed a new thermostat. Everything was good until the thermostat reading was off - immediately read the temp as 66 degrees, then 67, then 68 within less than 30 seconds, and the heater hadn’t yet come on. All other thermometers in the house read 64-65 degrees. The technician dismissed my concern the thermostat was not working correctly. He could not logically explain the discrepancy (or jump in temperature) and tried to tell me the external thermometers were all inaccurate. He didn’t have his own thermometer to read the temp. He was argumentative and insulting, tried to suggest I didn’t understand because of my profession. He then told me he was very busy, as if I were keeping him from his job.”
