“We were a bit concerned with the scheduling process at first after receiving a text from Perfect Star the day before our appointment that made us unsure if the installation was actually happening as planned. Thankfully, Gustavo Martinez, the Electrical Division Manager, completely turned that experience around for us. Gustavo arrived to install our hardwired EV charger and immediately carried himself with professionalism and confidence. During the install, he discovered he was missing a part needed to complete the job, but he never made us feel worried or inconvenienced. Instead, he stayed focused, calm, and solution-oriented the entire time. Even when my wife was understandably a bit snarky about the scheduling confusion, Gustavo remained patient, respectful, and kind. He never made us feel rushed and took the time to educate us throughout the installation process.
