“This review is long overdue! I have a Mitsubishi heat pump which was leaking because the person who originally installed it did not do a good job. So after 2 years, my house stopped heating and cooling. I went to the Mitsubishi verified list to find providers in my area and called a few. I got some ai robots, a few secretaries, a few technicians. Out of everyone I spoke with the ONLY person who actually talked to me about the issue was Peter Tyndall. Everyone else either was a robot or dismissed me or was basically like- schedule an appointment to get any info. Mean while I was so worried about my new heat pump not properly functioning. He was so knowledgeable about it and I appreciated that he took that time to reassure me that my heat pump was not a lost cause. He and his crew were so professional and efficient. Unfortunately because it’s been a few months I have forgotten 1-2 of their names but Jason and Edris, the 2 names I remember, were very professional and did a good job. Great quality work, great value as well. It’s been a few months since they repaired my heat pump and it’s been working fine. Peter and his guys also explained to me how to properly use my thermostats since it’s a split zone. No one had told me this info before. I truly appreciate Peter and his crew for the good quality work. They’re also super busy so you know it means they’re in high demand. “Had new heat pump installed by Tyndal HVAC last year. The system has been performing well without any problem. Tyndal HVAC gave the most competitive pricing among other quotes of similar system. Jason and Peter installed the system in 2 days and even came back on the Saturday to make sure that everything was functioning well. They offered free complimentary 1 year check up and showed up when we called them. They checked the system, changed the filter during the checkup.
