“After being out of town, I came home to a warm house with a broken AC. I called a company whose name means "always faithful" in Latin. They said they'd come the same day, but couldn't fix it until the next morning because they didn't have the parts. The next day, morning and afternoon passed, and I had to ask what was going on. They said, "Oh, I don't know why we told you that, we don't know when we'll get the parts." That was frustrating, but I'm thankful it happened because then I found Justin and Cactus Cool LLC. As soon as I told him what happened and that I had a baby in the house, he figured out what was wrong and came over immediately WITH the required part he picked up on his way. He had our AC running in about 30 minutes. I can't believe how amazing they were; they helped us out w”
