Fonnair Inc

Fonnair Inc handles HVAC work for homes around Apple Valley, Texas. The area sees long stretches of triple digit heat that push air conditioners hard from May through September, along with occasional winter cold fronts that require heating systems to kick in without warning. Dust from the surrounding dry land builds up fast inside units and ducts, leading to frequent service calls for clogged coils and weak airflow. Local homeowners often deal with equipment that runs nonstop during peak summer and needs attention before it fails completely in the middle of the night or on weekends when the indoor temperature climbs fast.

They handle repairs on compressors and fan motors that wear out from constant operation in high heat, along with full system replacements when older units can no longer keep up. Maintenance visits focus on cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and sealing ducts that leak cooled air into attics common in Texas construction. Jobs also include thermostat upgrades, coil flushes to remove built up dirt, and fixing short cycling caused by mismatched equipment sizes in local houses. Crews work through the attic spaces and rooftops that bake under the sun, making sure new parts hold up against the same conditions that took out the old ones.

Customers keep coming back because the work gets finished on time without surprise costs and the fixes hold through the worst weather stretches. Clear explanations about what broke and how it was repaired stand out, along with crews that arrive ready with the right tools instead of making extra trips. Price stays straightforward on both parts and labor while quality shows in systems that run quieter and cooler afterward. Speed matters most when the indoor temperature spikes, and that reliability adds up across hundreds of jobs. DIRT Score 4.79 from 292 reviews on Finds.

“Based on my experience I can highly recommend FHA services for your heating or air conditioning needs. Their technician Robert was on time, very professional, detailed and explained each part of the process to service my 10 year old 5 ton Rooftop RHEEM air conditioner/heater. Glad I had them and Robert come out and complete the service.”

“They were able to do a same day service call. Very professional and helpful. Went out of his way to inform me and help me with my whirlybird that flew off my roof even though he was there on an air conditioning service call. I have used FHA in past years and will continue in the future”

“FHA came an installed our mini split, they were very professional and reasonable in price. Brandon the tech helped installed it was very knowledgeable with the many questions we had. Thank you again for all your help”

“I was having trouble with my furnace , located in the attic. Of course, the problem started the evening that I came home after having back surgery and being in the hospital for three days. Jaimie came out and did some troubleshooting of my system. We talked over the problems and he was willing to try a couple of suggestions thai I had. I am a retired industrial controls electrician and I was impressed with Jamie's knowledge and attitude. We decided that the furnace needed to be replaced. A couple of days later two very nice, qualified young men came and installed my new furnace. With my back surgery I am limited to lifting 4 pounds. Once hearing this the two technicians offered to stack some firewood next to my fireplace which I declined. It is very refreshing to find a company that is honest and has great people working for them. FHA should always be your first choice for heating and air repairs!”

“WOW! I am very satisfied. They responded quickly to my initial inquiry. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and polite. They were very good at explaining and showing what was taking place. The people doing the work seemed to like each other. Very efficient and quick at what they did. Costs were what they stated. No pressure to upgrade. When done, you would never know that they had been here. We had a new furnace installed.”
