Lindsey'S Heat & Air Inc

Lindsey's Heat & Air Inc works out of Arcadia, TX on all sorts of HVAC jobs. They deal with the heating and cooling needs that come up in this part of Texas where summers get brutal and winters can dip low enough to require solid furnace performance. Common issues around town include air conditioners that can't keep up during peak heat or heating systems that fail when the cold front moves in. The crew handles the day to day repairs and upkeep that keep homes livable without turning every call into a big production. They know the local conditions and what equipment tends to wear out fastest in this climate. Homeowners count on them for straightforward fixes rather than endless upsells.

Lindsey's Heat & Air Inc takes care of full HVAC services including unit installations, compressor replacements, coil cleanings, duct inspections, and thermostat calibrations. In Arcadia the dry heat and occasional dust storms mean filters clog faster and outdoor condensers collect grime that cuts efficiency. Techs roll out with the tools to test refrigerant levels, seal leaks in lines, and swap out worn belts before a total breakdown hits during the worst part of summer. They focus on getting the system running right the first time and show homeowners simple steps to avoid repeat calls like changing filters on schedule. Work stays practical and tied to what actually breaks in local homes.

Homeowners in the area consistently note fast arrivals when the AC quits on the hottest afternoons, repairs that hold up without quick callbacks, prices that stay in line with the work done, and clear explanations about what failed and why. That combination of response time, solid fixes, and no runaround adds up over time. DIRT Score 4.02 from 21 reviews on Finds.

“Our AC unit is 13 years old and started leaking refrigerant. We called our regular AC maintenance crew and traced the leak, but because of the phase out of the R410A refrigerant, we were told to shop around for coil as the parts are becoming harder to get. So we found Lindsey's on Amana's website as a preferred dealer. I called on a Monday morning and thankfully they had an opening even with the recent heatwave. Mark came out very quickly and inspected our unit and reviewed what has been done so far and gave us recommendations and a quote as well. Thankfully both vendors were able to find the coil part. After some thoughts we decided to continue with our existing vendor, but we truly appreciate Mark's expertise. We know we will have to replace the unit with the phase out issue later, we are thankful to have another vendor we can rely on and call in the future!”

“I called Lindsey's Heating and AC earlier this morning because my heating unit decided to stop heating in the middle of today's rain and wind storm. I was told they were booked but will wait list me. Best response I had all week as everyone in town were booked until Christmas. I received a call 3 hours later and had a tech show up. Within minutes our heating unit was back on. Quick, knowledgeable, professional and friendly all around not to mention the affordable price. I would recommend Lindsey's to anyone needing service and repair.”

“Lindsey HVAC services were great. In spite of us asking for help in the middle of the heat wave, they managed to fit us in. The technician they sent, Fernando, was efficient, light on his feet, respectful, and knowledgeable. He took care of our issue in no time, explained it clearly, and gave us advice on how to avoid problems. When we thanked him, he was humble and said any of their technicians would have done just as well. We recommend Fernando and Lindsey's services overall.”

“Our family has been going to Lindsey's for well over a decade for both commercial and residential HVAC needs. They are extremely responsive via phone and their team is very professional and helpful. As an example, I called yesterday about an odor coming from a vent, concerned that it could be hazardous, and they came within an hour. Too boot, they are also cost competitive too. In summary, Lindsey's is our go to for HVAC help!!”

“We had air conditioning installed less than 8 years ago. At first we were very pleased. However, we have had to replace Freon 5 times at great expense to us. Lindseys said there was a leak but could never could find it. We recently contacted another company who did find the leak. We must have been sold a defective system.”
