“Our AC unit is 13 years old and started leaking refrigerant. We called our regular AC maintenance crew and traced the leak, but because of the phase out of the R410A refrigerant, we were told to shop around for coil as the parts are becoming harder to get. So we found Lindsey's on Amana's website as a preferred dealer. I called on a Monday morning and thankfully they had an opening even with the recent heatwave. Mark came out very quickly and inspected our unit and reviewed what has been done so far and gave us recommendations and a quote as well. Thankfully both vendors were able to find the coil part. After some thoughts we decided to continue with our existing vendor, but we truly appreciate Mark's expertise. We know we will have to replace the unit with the phase out issue later, we are thankful to have another vendor we can rely on and call in the future!”
