Cali Bear Heating & Air-Conditioning

Cali Bear Heating & Air-Conditioning works out of Arleta, TX on all kinds of HVAC jobs for houses in the area. The company focuses on air conditioning and heating systems including furnaces, mini-split units, package units, heat pumps, and water source heat pumps along with air purification setups. Notes from their site list them as licensed and bonded, which matters when homeowners need reliable work on equipment that runs hard through the seasons. They handle both repair calls and full system work without extra layers of management getting in the way.

Arleta summers push air conditioners to the limit with nonstop heat that leads to compressor failures, low refrigerant, and dirty coils that cut efficiency. Winters bring furnace issues like ignition problems or blower motor wear that leave rooms cold. Homeowners often deal with older ductwork full of dust, high utility bills from outdated heat pumps, and the need for wall heater fixes in smaller properties. The crew rolls out to check these systems on site, replaces worn parts, installs new mini-splits where central air does not fit, and sets up purification units to cut allergens that build up in the dry climate.

Customers rate the outfit well across speed on emergency calls, solid quality that lasts past the first season, fair pricing without surprise add-ons, and clear communication about what needs fixing before any work starts. That steady record on real jobs in Arleta adds up to the overall mark. DIRT Score 4.46 from 40 reviews on Finds.
