“I called Jim with hopes that they could correct whatever was creating a lack of cool air in my AC unit. I am more than grateful that I did, my air is blowing better than expected. I was impressed with their ability to correct and point out all flaws that were obviously the results of the previous services and install. They found moldy tape and poorly or unsealed ducts, rigged ventilation and showed me how it should be and explained how it affects the quality of air conditioning. I won't call anyone else out for AC work and am looking forward to working with them again on a future project. I want to say that Calverly initially installed the unit and furnace and did a terrible job. I had Milestone out to clean my vents and add insulation and still had problems. I called Calverly to come honor their warranty on my 4 year old AC unit and they were less than helpful, didn't bother to check the lines for a freon leak, instead they added 2lbs and changed the filter and left...”
