What Customers Say
“Had our old system replaced with a Trane by Air Clinic in October 2020. Had a service call today with JJ and he did an outstanding job clearing clogged condensation drain lines and our outdoor unit. Most importantly he took the time to explain each step of his process and educate me as to some of the maintenance I could perform myself. JJ was punctual, professional, patient, transparent, and tolerant of questions. Will call again.”
“I was very impressed with the Dallas Air Clinic's quality of work replacing 2 HVAC units replaced in 2019. The main salesman they had at that time could sell ice cubes in Antarctica, and made sure the installation team did everything he promised. I really was impressed with this company. Fast forward to 2026. I called them for a tune up on both units, since I had such a good experience with them before and I got a mailer that advertised $69 tune ups. Great! I trust this company even though both units had been tuned up since then by other companies. The day of the service call, they called 2 hours into the window with a sob story of how they've been inundated with emergency calls and needed to reschedule. Even though I arranged to be home all day that day, and temperatures were in the mid 70s that week (Emergency, really?) I agreed because a tune-up really is not an emergency, even though my time is valuable, but I decided to just let it go. 3 days later, the day of the rescheduled tune up: The technician that showed up was certainly polite and personable. Found several parts that supposedly needed replacing. OK, that is to be expected. My big complaint is that the final invoice I received had no prices listed for each individual part replaced, or even for the actual tune up or labor costs, but rather simply listed a grand total for the whole thing. After calling and complaining, I was told "we don't list prices because we don't charge sales tax". Huh? What does that have to do with the price of tea in China? That seems more like a scheme to charge $350 for a $15 part, and hope nobody notices. No breakdown whatsoever between parts, labor, tune-up, or service call. Additionally, around lunch time the technician conveniently announced he had run out of refrigerant and needed to leave and go get more. Disappeared for about 45 minutes. Refrigerant or a burger while charging time? After going outside to inspect the compressor units afterwards, I found the fins on the compressor unit were never even rinsed off. Needless to say, I will not be using Air Clinic anymore.”
“Have used AirClinic over a 4 year period because of honest and quality work. 100% professional, thorough, friendly, prompt, and qualified. Most recently, field tech JJ has replenished low freon and is testing for leaks (1 week wait with a dye test. Excellent service. AirClinic serves all my HVAC needs.bv”
“From what I can see so far the guys did a excellent job. My wife came in today and turned the AC on and the house cooled down 100% faster than before with the new filteration system we had installed. With all the vents in the ceilings being sealed and repaired.”
“We have been using Air Clinic for more than ten years. They are professional and reliable. I expect to continue to use them.”
