Alexander Refrigeration Hvac Llc

Alexander Refrigeration Hvac Llc runs HVAC work out of Arlington, Texas under the name Alex & Bros Cooling Heating Refrigeration. Alex handles the jobs and the crew covers both commercial and residential calls for AC repair, installation, maintenance, and emergency service. The shop sits at 323 Crowley Road suite A. Hours run Monday through Thursday from 8 to 4, Friday from 8 to 4, Saturday from 8 to 2, and closed on Sunday.

Customers call when an upstairs unit stops cooling or when both systems need checking at once. Alex shows up to trace the problem on the spot, lays out what each option costs, and fits quality parts so the equipment holds up. One job got finished inside twenty minutes after the truck arrived. Another took a next-day visit to bring a dead second-floor unit back online. Reviews note that Alex walks through the full diagnosis before any work starts and sticks to parts that last rather than the cheapest fix.

The crew keeps to posted hours and answers calls without long waits. Pricing gets spelled out before any parts go in, and the same crew drove out to Carrollton for an inspection and install. Reviews mention clear talk on costs and steady updates during the visit. Service stays inside the Arlington area plus nearby spots when the schedule allows.

Seven reviews sit on the Google profile and every one gives five stars. People keep mentioning the same points: Alex explains the work in plain terms, shows up on time, and stays honest on what the job needs. DIRT Score 3.5 from 7 reviews on Finds.

“Alex & Bros is truly an honest business that cares about their customers. They were transparent with the prices, they were quick to drive to Carrollton to inspect and install. I’ve had multiple bad experiences with other bigger and “reputable” HVAC companies, but they are now the only one I can trust.”
