What Customers Say

Tony and the installation crew were all great. The explanation of what was going to happen was thorough, they really care that you know how the job should be done right and that they’re indeed are going to do it right. Which anyone will tell you that’s the most important part of any HVAC installation, not brand name. Though American Standard is still a premium brand! I have two units and they replaced the older one. New plenums, new and better mounting system. And they even went the extra mile of replacing a punctured plenum on the unit not being replaced AND added a 4 inch filter cabinet to it so I wouldn’t be left with an awkward situation of having to use two different kinds of filters for each system. Not sure I should say this but they also did that part at no extra charge to me. Their prices were also way better than the competition. So extra mile service, good pricing, quality install and product. Nothing to complain about. Thanks Tony and Team!

Jimmy at Boost Heating and Air was great to work with. From the beginning he was honest, professional, and very easy to communicate with. He made sure everything was handled smoothly and took the time to make sure we were taken care of. What really stood out was his integrity and transparency. He was straightforward about pricing, fair, and made the whole process stress-free. It’s clear he cares about his customers and wants to make sure they have a great experience. If you’re looking for a company you can trust, I highly recommend reaching out to Jimmy at Boost Heating and Air. Great service and great people.

Lance was great he determined my need for replacing my air conditioner at a fair price. The technician that installed the unit also did a good job but the did not leave the panel from my old unit that I requested and there was damage to my home. The issue that I am having is with the guy that came to repair the damage. He was scheduled to do the repair the day of the installation but he was really late. He rescheduled for the following day at 8am but did not arrive until 9:30 I made several calls to reach him but he didn’t respond the first call was at 7:45 because he did not let me know if he was in route I called at 8am no answer 8:15 no answer and 8:30 no answer he called me at 9am and said he would arrive in 30 minutes. I informed him that I would be in the garage working and let me know if he needed anything. He brought his work equipment in to get started and I completed what I needed to get done in my garaage and came back into my home and he was not there and my door was left open and I live alone he did not inform me that he would be leaving lol 30 minutes has passed and he has not returned.

I am so disappointed in their customer service. It started out great when we got our unit installed in April. At midnight July 3rd we woke up smelling an electrical burning smell and our system stopped working. I called the morning of the 4th at 7:30 am to request someone to come out and was told no could come till Monday morning. I reached out to the technician I had a number for and he said he could come between 12-2 on the 4th. Ok great with me don’t have to sit in a hot house for long. The closer it got to 2 I called twice and text twice no response. Finally at 3 I received a message stating couldn’t make it and it would be Monday. Mind you the unit was just couple months old and it was close to 100 out if not the first 100 day. By the time my husband got home that evening from work it was cooler outside than in the house. He wound up calling a different ac company to see if they could come out and at least let us know what was wrong hoping it was an easy fix. That company showed up within 45 minutes of him calling and repairing the issue. I decided to keep the Monday morning appointment because there was still something that needed to be taken care of and I was told they would be here between 6-8 originally and of course with the heat and it being a new unit, I figured it would be closer to 6 especially since the technician who said he would come Saturday said it would be Monday. By 8 I had to cancel/reschedule for a time my husband could be home and leave for work. I received a call around 9:30 stating they could come soon and I was already at work. Spent enough time waiting for someone to show that never did. I have called twice to try and speak with Omar and my husband has also and have not heard anything. So for our new system we wound up paying $220 out of pocket to a different company to get our system that’s under warranty back working again because it’s so hot we couldn’t wait the weekend for Boost to decide to show up. I am so upset at their customer service and response/communication.

Ed and the guys at boost air are excellent. They did great work and have an array of solutions from top of the line to more affordable options. They also help with air quality, room temperature differences, ducting, etc which has been very useful and important to my wife with our newborn! If you need and want a quality and reliable HVAC company, Boost air is where you need to go!
