“This company is absolutely horrible!!! Ever since CSF took over my loan, I have had NOTHING but trouble!! I can call and make a payment with a representative and then in the next week be told it hasn’t been paid and has a late charge added to it!! Get it together people!! They blame it on my bank, and my bank has no idea what CSF is talking about! The people on here saying pay your bill on time…I’m glad you are having a good experience with CSF, but as most of the reviews are like mine, I can honestly say I would NOT recommend CSF to anyone!!”

“I purchased a trailer with another finance company and half way thru the loan this company calls me out of the blue demanding payments. apparently my loan was sold to them they were very pushy as if I was 90 days late and it rubbed me the wrong way. I completely paid what the payoff was on their website called and made sure everything was good to go as far as address/paid in full so I can get my title. now 35+ days later no title I said let me call them, the lady proceeds to say I have a balance of 19.88 left on my account lol. meanwhile I've checked that account oct1st and it showed no balance. I had no choice but to pay the 20 bucks I'm not willing to ruin my 800 credit score over 20 bucks. but since y'all like adding nonsense amounts to my balance best believe I screenshot everything this time and I will get a lawyer involved if my title doesn't appear in mailbox 60 days from today!”

“Worst company to deal with little did I know my loan was sold off to them. They send random people acting on behalf of csf to try and shake you down for payments making my wife feel uncomfortable. Let alone the people they send can't even speak English or spell. Refinance at any cost if this company buys your loan”

“Haven’t had this company very long. My loan was recently sold to them. After making my first payment to them I received a message saying that my payment hadn’t been made. My account still doesn’t exist according to their website a month after they were sold my account. And the woman I was dealing with called me one day and when I said hello she didn’t respond to me but I could hear her in the background talking to someone else about “ whenever I do this you’re mad for weeks, now it’s time to get a taste of your own medicine “ extremely unprofessional people. I would avoid them at any cost necessary.”

“Paid my car off in August and I am still waiting for my title or a letter stating it is paid off. I have called 4 times and the woman I have spoken with are rude and combative stating they have mailed the title to me which I do not have this is October 21 and still nothing. This company should be shut down”
