“I have been with Hightower Service for over 10 years. Today Benjamin came to perform the scheduled maintainance on my HVAC system. He was on time, professional, and very thorough. He explained everything he was going to check and communicated to me what all of the various numbers meant, the amps, pressure levels, etc. He did notice the capacitator had a low number and I asked if he had time to replace it and he did. By being on their maintainance program I saved 10% off the price of the part. I completely trust Hightower because after 10 years they have never tried to cheat or upsell me.
