“Good luck trying to get anyone from this company to answer a phone or come service your ac, my family did business with this company in good faith but now now we are truly regretting it. We bought a brand new ac unit that has failed multiple times. I understand it’s hot and they’re busy so we’ve tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, however one of the times we tried to have them come check it out it took them 3 days to finally make it to our house, they said they’d be here one day and the day would come and go with no update. I’d be wary of doing business with this company.”

The work has been stopped for over a month because it failed inspection. They were supposed to come and fix that, and to this day they haven't returned. It's very difficult to contact them after you've given them the money.”
