“Among the best service I have received from any type business. Cody (store manager) went above and beyond answering my chat questions, and locating a part for me hours AFTER the store closed. He promised an associate would call me in the morning to help finalize and ,right on time Brandon called, assured me the recommended parts were what I needed, took my order, provided the date of arrival and told me he would follow up when it arrived. It arrived on time and he promptly called me. When I went to pick up the part I was greeted and helped immediately by Tom who introduced me to Brandon to complete the sale. When I drove around to the pick up point the warehouse was waiting for me patiently and brought it out to my car. ( I was amazed at the selection of appliances so I ending up wandering for a while). Overall this is a first class place, staffed by professionals that know and understand the importance of guest experience. Overall an exceptional experience.
