Jetstream Air Conditioning And Heating
HVAC Contractor · Arlington, TX
About
Jetstream Air Conditioning And Heating works out of Plano, Texas, handling HVAC jobs that focus on outdoor living spaces as much as standard home systems. The local climate swings hard between brutal summer heat and cooler evenings, so these setups keep patios and yards comfortable without soaking everyone like old misting fans. Crews draw from experience with systems that can drop or raise temperatures by fifteen to twenty degrees in open areas, making them practical for homeowners who want to extend time outside during gatherings or daily use. They manage both residential and some commercial properties where weather exposure demands durable equipment that holds up year after year.
Forrest and his team handle the planning and installs, working directly with customers on budget options and coordinating with general contractors to get everything running right. Jobs often involve full outdoor heating and cooling units that customers say perform well through Texas seasons, with one noting the setup kept an area dry and usable even on chilly nights. Another project showed how the equipment got tied in properly so the whole space stayed functional longer without extra headaches during the process. Crews respond to calls about heating and cooling for patios, provide ideas that match spending limits, and finish connections so the systems run without constant tweaks.
Homeowners keep coming back to the solid performance of the units in real weather, the clear recommendations that stay within costs, and the straightforward way the crew gets the work done without delays. Reviews highlight reliable results on outdoor projects and easy dealings once the job starts, though a few note issues with service timing on commercial setups. These points add up to the overall rating earned across the jobs completed. DIRT Score 3.33 from 10 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“This outdoor cooling/heating system is amazing, especially in Texas. Moat misters leave you wet, but these keep you totally dry while cooling or heating up to 15-20 degrees if I remember correctly. I first learned about them at a Christmas event that was chilly, but left us all comfortable outdoors without feeling like our hair was melting off (IYKYK) Forrest and Danielle are both so kind, informative, and truly care about their customers. This is a must for all commercial spaces, custom homes, and anyone that likes to entertain!”
“Forrest was very responsive and helpful in working with us to plan heating and cooling for our outdoor living space. He had great ideas and provided recommendations that fit our budget, and he worked closely with our general contractor to ensure everything was installed properly. He and his team went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our purchase. I highly recommend hiring Forrest for your outdoor cooling and heating needs!”
“the JetStream system has extended the time we get to enjoy our outdoor living area. The customer service is easy and hassle free. I would (and have) highly recommend the system.”
“IF YOU HAVE A RESTAURANT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They will take your machine and hold it hostage until you renew your contract. By the time I got my system last year, Summer was halfway over. Again this year, someone came out to winterize the system and disconnected it after I told them i didn't want them touching it. Now it is Summer again and when I called FORREST WOODS back to put it back together, he refused because i didn't pay for another year and hung up on me. Steer clear of this company and their scam.”
“This company has always gone above and beyond with my cooling system. Including when the builders sub contractor messed things up with the plumbing to the system....JestStream handled the repairs without question or charge to me.”
