“The owner, Ray, really went above and beyond after I was put in a tough spot. I had two ice makers incorrectly installed and almost damaged my hardwood floors by a big company. I called around and had a supplier give me Ray’s contact info. He normally doesn’t do residential but helped me out by ordering a new ice maker and personally delivering it to my home. The customer service was outstanding. Thanks again for getting me setup Liberty Ice!”
