“Dishonest and Unreliable – Avoid at All Costs The technician, who introduced himself as the owner of the company, came to my house to repair a clogged AC drain line with nitrogen on one of my four AC units. He claimed to have completed the repair and immediately requested a Zelle payment. The very next day, we discovered a large water stain on our 24-foot-high ceiling. It became clear that he had actually broken the drain line, causing water to run straight into the attic. To make matters worse, the original clog was never even fixed. When I contacted him, he repeatedly promised to return and make things right, but it was nothing but excuses: one of his guys was in an accident, he was out of town, then his wife was in the hospital. Months passed, and he never showed up. In the end, I gave up chasing him and had to hire another contractor to repair both the damage and the original problem. This company is dishonest, unreliable, and unprofessional. Save yourself the stress and money—look elsewhere.”

“I hired Miguel to come out and spray insulation in our attic and install whirlybird vents on our roof. Everything was fine until we had multiple leaks from the vents, one of them compressing the insulation in the attic and causing water damage on the sheetrock. This was January 30th. He sent someone out to seal the vents and the man who came said miguel had never installed these vents before. It took him another 2 months to come and repair the water damage and paint the ceiling. He used the wrong color so it doesn’t match. He said he would be back to fix it and spray more insulation that was ruined from the leak and it’s now June 10th and he still hasn't come back and sends our calls to voicemail. Beyond frustrated because he is unwilling to fix his mistakes after we spent thousands of dollars to get this done and have dealt with his errors for almost 6 months now. I would not use him because if there is an issue it wont be resolved.”
