About

Siemens Industry, Inc handles HVAC work from their base in Houston, TX. Their operations tie into a major manufacturing plant in Fort Worth that turns out low-voltage switchboards and other electrical gear for data centers plus power infrastructure. The plant runs as a carbon-neutral site with low-energy HVAC systems built in along with electric equipment and monitoring tools. Heavy investment there has added hundreds of local jobs while supporting broader industrial needs in Texas. Homeowners and facilities around Houston deal with the same kind of equipment demands driven by heat and growing construction.

Their crew manages HVAC installs and repairs on commercial sites including systems tied to manufacturing and data operations. Drivers and crews report mixed results at the Fort Worth location with loads sometimes taking eight to fourteen hours or more before they are ready as noted by A D and Gurpreet Saini. Karl Gohl described similar delays stretching from a noon appointment into evening with no clear updates. Ahmed Al-hilali had the opposite experience finishing in about an hour after speaking with a supervisor who focused on keeping things moving.

Customers point to inconsistent timing on jobs and communication around schedules as the main issues while a few note quicker turnarounds when staff step in. Speed draws the most complaints followed by questions on overall reliability though price and basic quality get less mention in the feedback. This mix lands them at an average mark for the trade in the area. DIRT Score 3.59 from 89 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

If you’re picking up a load here, feel free to park your truck and go to sleep. The loading wait time ranges from 8 hours to practically forever. I waited about 14 hours for my load and still didn’t get it because the load was not ready. It was a complete waste of time. Cancel the load right away and don’t waste your time or nerves. Avoid this place.

Hello fellow drivers, i arrived here 8am and backup into tight spot at the very rear of building while sneaking through the other trucks for picking up my load and they said it's not ready yet come around 11am, went again and they told still working on it, come around 6pm. Checkin 6pm and guess what! Still not ready and God knows when it's be ready. My whole day spoiled and they don't respect your time iether. This the worst place i ever visit to pickup load and i am not gonna come again. I know very well, the shitty management will reply with " we are very sorry" as others got replied. Instead of feeling sorry, do some changes to be better.

Ok here goes, get here at noon my appt. Loads not ready, first told be ready 230pm, went in 230, now told won't be ready till 7pm, now who to believe.. very last time I come here, drivers boycott this place. Oh and to add, I'm still here waiting to see if the load is gonna be ready tonight

In and out in one hour great ppl fast loading I even mentioned to them all the bad reviews, got a supervisor came to me and he told me that he really values the drivers time.

Never go to this place to pick up cargo. The product is not ready and you always have to wait more than six hours. I waited 20 hours and the broker told me if you want to leave you can do it after waiting 20 hours. And the shipping guys have such bad service, it's a total mess. Drivers, don't go. It's not the best pay and you're going to waste a lot of time and money
