“Ray was absolutely incredible! Our air went out and I called for support. He called back and helped us on the phone to sort it out. Ray stayed on the line while we navigated the attic crawl space, taking the filter out, and checking the outdoor unit. He even had us check in with him later and he continued to check up on us.
