“I think this is a 2.5-3 star service for running a new water main. I used Any Hour for my furnace, ac and water heater prior to this with no issues. For the water main replacement I paid 10k, for a 45’ line. The sales rep lined it up through my rock bed, and told me the installers would put it all back like it was before they started. The crew then said that it would be easier to go through the lawn and asked if they could switch it. I said yes, and was not informed they don’t repair lawn when they finish!?! Long story short, in riverton Utah my neighbor paid $8500 for end to end service, her yard was repaired perfectly after an installer laid a similar line. I paid $9800 to Any Hour and another $1000 to dump 4k lbs of dirt, buy new sod, new bed liners and spent a whole day fixing it. The amount of dirt and rocks they left piled up not only in my lawn but in my rock landscaping (which I thought would be put back) was mind boggling. The water line works great though. The stars reflect what I believe to be overcharging me for less than adequate service. Water main leak, outdoor plumbing, exterior plumbing, water line replacement.”

“J. was super amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable. He informed us on our outdated breakers, GFI’s, and smoke detectors and recommended that they all be replaced. He never pressured us in any discussion that we made and educated us on what might happen later down the road. He was super professional and very polite to answer our questions if we had any (which was a lot). J. probably even helped us get some extra life out of our AC unit that was wired incorrectly. It was amazing to see him do so much work all in 1 day! 5 stars doesn’t even come close to the amazing experience I had today!”

“I hired this company to install a bathroom exhaust fan, and the entire experience has been extremely disappointing. First, the fan was installed in the wrong location. On top of that, the workmanship throughout the job was careless. The wall was damaged during installation of the switch, and the lights installed over my shower were done improperly—there are visible gaps/holes that could allow moisture into the drywall, which is completely unacceptable for a bathroom environment. The exterior work is just as concerning. The roof exhaust vent was sealed so poorly that it honestly looks like it was done by someone with no experience. This is not just an appearance issue—it raises real concerns about potential water intrusion and long-term damage. To make matters worse, one of the fuses they replaced appears to be used and covered in paint, rather than a new component as I paid for. That alone is unacceptable and raises questions about their overall standards. The most frustrating part of this entire situation is the lack of accountability. I have been trying for over a week to get these issues addressed, and I have been completely ignored. No follow-up, no effort to fix the problems, and no communication from management. At this point, I cannot recommend this company. The quality of work is poor, and the customer service is even worse. I would strongly caution anyone considering hiring them.”

“I was very impressed with Keaton and James! First, they arrived on time. And more importantly, they were very honest in all of their assessments on the furnace and the air conditioning unit connection. They communicated very quickly and accurately the things that they found that were marginal and things that needed to be taken care of. When we found the dead capacitor on the AC unit they understood that our home warranty likely would pay for that and did not pressure me to to have them do it as opposed to the home warranty company. I was impressed enough. I'm going to have them come back and give me some pricing on ductwork and vent cleaning. Unfortunately my home warranty company doesn't work with them but they were very understanding. And followed up very promptly. I would highly recommend Keaton and James”
