“We came to Factory Expo with our own floor plan, they took what we had on paper and made it an amazing reality. They were wonderful and very easy to work with. My only suggestion is that when you give the list of specifics to the sales rep, make sure everything you ask for is on the Addendum for the factory to build whatever you are wanting in the house. Our home is gorgeous and way better than what we ever expected.”

“Details matter when ordering your home. We visited other places before buying from Factory Expo and found that their level of service and attention to detail was the best anywhere by far. Sheila, Tony, and Ashley work hard to make sure you get exactly what you want at a price you can afford. They got ALL the details correct on our order the first time and when there were questions or concerns they favored on our side making sure we were happy. Even when we had a rain delay that was not their fault, Ashley made sure we got priority install the next possible window exceeding our expectation. “Be sure to ask for the booklet that they are suppose to leave in the sink when you buy a champions manufactured home. This booklet has the fine fine print that tells you that your one year warranty is pretty much a loop hole for the manufacturer not to cover hardly anything. We have settling and common issues inside and out that are not going to be covered and we were told that anything outside is cosmetic so it is definitely not covered. Settling is common during the first year. Inside and out correct!? Why wouldn’t the outside be just as covered as anything else. I understand if my kid breaks a window with a baseball but this isn’t the case. Cracked siding and trim. Perfect for little bugs to find their way into the walls. We are 4 months into to our home that was slapped together like lip stick on a pig. Yes we could have and should have been really picky when doing the final walkthrough but we would still be living in a tent outside right now waiting to move in if we did. We knew we were getting a manufactured home and that it wouldn’t be perfect but they dang sure make them look perfect at the show room. Just be aware when buying a champion home. I would say they don’t stand behind their warranty but that would be false…. They stand behind it because there is a big ol loop hole for them that is in fine print in the booklet that is suppose to be left in your sink when you move in that states that hardly anything is covered in your one year warranty. And if you didn’t get it then owell. SOL. Kinda shady if you ask me. So I would recommend taking pictures, reading fine print and making friends with a lawyer if you care about the money you are blowing on one of these gems, or just don’t go this route. Other manufacturers have 12 year warranty. Maybe ask them if they have any loop holes on what’s covered in their warranty. adding just a couple of the many pictures I have taken to preview of what’s not covered in champion homes warranty.”

“Purchased our little "ca-sea-ta" from The Factory Expo Home Center in Athens, TX - Tim, Tony, Ashley and the delivery team all worked together to make our dream home a reality. The purchase of our park model was such a delightful, memorable and fun experience. Made contact with Tim Gannon one very late afternoon and I explained what we needed. This gentleman took his time to inform me on everything about park models, from how they are built, appliances, roofing, interior designs, delivery and price. And he also answered all of my questions. I told him we would be in Athens the following morning (drove 9 hours). So well worth the drive! Tim and Tom showed us the park models on display and from there my husband and I designed our own little home at an affordable price. They were very, very knowledgeable and their experience and customer service was topnotch from beginning to end. They are very passionate about the work and service. Our park model, the Rockingham, is well built, modern, beautiful color, elegant, spacious and fun to live in. Perfect for seaside living in Port Isabel, TX! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
