“Our 3-ton and 4-ton Lennox systems were approaching 17 years old and, rather than an expensive repair to find and repair a refrigerant leak in the 4-ton unit, we decided to bite the bullet and replace both units. Since we’ve had an annual maintenance agreement with the Loftis folks for a couple of years and have been 100%++ satisfied with their service, we asked Scott and team for a quote to replace both systems. This was provided in short order (thanks, Tyson!), and we found the quote so reasonable (plus given our totally satisfactory experience with the Loftis folks under our annual maintenance agreement), we did not even bother getting any competing quotes. The Loftis team did an outstanding A+++ job. Tyson, Lupe, Willie and Kason were thoroughly professional, meticulously carried out the tasks and kept us apprised of their progress. They were very respectful of our home: laying down cloth to protect the hardwoods and thoroughly cleaning up after they finished. They even replaced a drain junction that had failed during the Big Freeze of February 2021 and had been inferiorly repaired by our previous HVAC outfit. (As an aside, at 19 years old, Kason was clearly apprenticing and thirsty to learn as much as he could – it is very nice of the owner, Scott, to hire young folks, presumably straight out of high school, and teach them the skills of a trade that will not be impacted by AI progress for at least a few generations. ) For any of our neighbors that need any sort of HVAC or refrigeration work, we TOTALLY RECOMMEND Scott Loftis and his team. You will NOT be disappointed.”

“I called because my AC drain was plugged up & leaking water. Service was prompt which I appreciate & Tyson did a good job. He installed a switch in the line so I can turn the line off if it starts leaking again so that was extra money of course. I did pay more for this service altogether than I have other times when I had this same problem so the cost was significantly higher than I paid last time but he did check Freon levels which I do not think the other company did so overall I’m satisfied with the service & will use them again.”

“I have been using Lofits for many years and they always come out quickly and take care of my issues. I had issues with my AC this past week and Scott the owner came out and diagnosed my problem and got me up and running until my new unit for the inside could be installed. They are coming on Monday 4/13 and putting in my new inside unit and my fan motor for the outside. I do appreciate how quickly they respond and get my issues resolved quickly.”
